How to Maintain your Globe Telecom Internet Connection Legally

Internet connection in the Philippines is very poor because of low internet speed and high cost monthly billing. There are two major Telcos in the Philippines, the Globe telecom and PLDT. Both this telcos offered the same speed and monthly bill. But we are happy because they are now upgrading to Fiber-optic connection that can increase the internet speed especial on DSL and LTE network.

The main problem encountered by all subscribers is the Data Caping. According to telcos, they applied data caping to control the usage of every subscriber. If you are a Globe telecom subscriber, you can use 50GB in every month under residential plan and 5GB every day under business plan.
In residential plan your 50GB usable data will reset in every first day of the month or whatever reset date your account assigned, in my case my reset date is on every 27th day of the month. If you already used your 50GB your internet connection will reduce and experienced a low internet connection.

If you are under business plan, your 5GB usable data will reset every 12 midnight. It means that you have a 5GB usable data every day and this is advantage in terms of internet speed.
